A few years ago, in 2014 to be precise Wangechi suffered a serious car accident that saw her admitted in the hospital for the longest time and lost her best friend Tiona that she really took to heart very hard.
The rapper who recently released her new fist trap single ‘Used to it’ opened up for the first time about her scars and how she used to hide them before she finally decided to let the whole world how proud she is in her own skin.
“Scars are easier to talk about than they are to show, with all the remembered feelings laid bare. Rarely do we see wounds that are in the process of healing.
I’m not sure if it’s because I felt too much shame to let anyone see a process as intimate as overcoming hurt. Or if it’s because even when we master the courage to share our still incomplete healing, people reflexively look away. Don’t be afraid to share your story it’s a part of who you are today. On a lighter note: Bikinis give me mad anxiety đ ” she posted.
