BiggestKaka was made aware of this incident after fake reports went viral about Asad Khan passing away due to this assault allegation.
Our team did a cross-check and found that he is alive and still in the hospital recuperating but in critical condition as confirmed by family and friends.
From a collection of different narrations and versions, it only means that the fight could’ve turned even uglier if the neighbors did not react after hearing the commotion.
A Twitter user going by the handle @LemayianLeiyan asserts that he made some calls to unnamed people to understand and learn more details about the Asad Khan, Maxine Wahome assault allegations tale.
He claims that while Asad and Maxine were arguing, Maxine fled to the balcony and locked herself outside. Asad began to kick the glass door, a glass broke injuring his ankle in the process.
He exited the building and passed out on the stairs of the apartment where the two lovebirds were living.
Asad was taken to the hospital by his neighbors. The Police recorded a statement.

A near-fatal altercation between rally driver Maxine Wahome and her boyfriend has been blamed on Maxine’s decision to stay out late counting stars and partying and showing up at their home late.
Maxine reportedly enraged her lover Asad Khan by going out with friends on Monday night and coming home early on Tuesday, according to the police.
Asad’s brother was contacted by Preston Court management, where the two were living.
Adil, Asad’s younger brother, reportedly claims that the two may have had an argument like couples always do, but it escalated to a fallout.
Maxine reportedly appeared preoccupied and disturbed when the police arrived at the location after receiving a report from Kilimani Police Station.
When the police arrived, they discovered the scene had been disturbed, with household items scattered all across the dining room and a bloody pool on the stairs and the floor.

On Tuesday, December 13, 2022, early hours saw the arrest of the well-known rally racer Maxine Wahome for allegedly abusing her racing partner Asad Khan.
Mr. Asad is still in the hospital fighting for his life, Maxine was released on a Ksh 100,000 cash bail.
