Victor Wanyama is tired of Kenyans linking him with Bahati’s eldest son Morgan.
For a long time, Kenyans on social media have been likening the CF Montreal player to Bahati’s adopted child and raising many unanswered questions.
On Sunday, the 32-year-old midfielder finally broke his silence on the issue which he described as ‘stupid’ and asked Kenyans to stop associating him with the 13-year-old boy.
“This foolishness needs to stop now !!” Wanyama tweeted.
The footballer expressed his feelings on Twitter after a netizen posted a photo of himself next to Morgan in a photo of the Bahati family.

On the other hand, Bahati’s wife, Diana Marua celebrated her adoptive son and assured him that she loves him very much.
The mother of three shared a photo of herself with Morgan and took the opportunity to brag about her growth.
“The one who called me MUMMY first. My baby @morgan_bahati is healthy. Mummy and son goal. I love you Morgan,” Diana Marua wrote.
Earlier this year, Diana said she has seen a lot of progress and changes in Morgan and wished him God’s guidance in life.
“I have seen you change into the gentleman you are today and the only thing I can say is that God continue to protect you and guide me and your father to always be able to raise you so that you can be the best version of yourself,” he said in January.
The mother of three also showed her great pride by giving Morgan what he wanted for his birthday.
At the end of last year, Diana was filled with pride after her adopted son graduated from primary school to Junior High School.
While celebrating Morgan through her Instagram page, Diana Marua said she was proud of her son’s great success and assured him of her love for him.
“I am proud to be called your mother. It has been a journey and seeing you graduate today, I am amazed by God’s faithfulness. I love you Morgan Bahati,” Diana wrote in December.
The mother of three said this after attending the graduation ceremony for sixth grade candidates at Juja Preparatory School where Morgan has been studying.
Musician Kelvin Bahati adopted Morgan as his son in 2014 when he went to perform at the ABC orphanage where he also grew up after his mother passed away.
