Self-esteem issues drove Nigerian actress Tonto Dikeh to undergo plastic surgery to alteration her body to a shape she thinks is perfect.
Tonto Dikah shared a video on social media explaining her decision to go under the knife.
The Nollywood actress reveals that she had not been confident of her body all along.
“My body has been something that I have always been extremely ashamed of. My body has been something that I have always been extremely ashamed of,” said Tonto Dikeh.
Dikeh is seen surrounded by a surgical team in the footage she shared.
The actress is also seen posing in her birthday suit in front of surgeons.
