Thee Pluto receives 1 million he was promised for shaving his dreadlocks

3 mins read

Thee Pluto has people talking about him ever since he made the decision –that came as a shock to many of his stans online– of shaving his signature dreadlocks.

Opening up a few weeks ago after he shaved his locks, he said that he was dared by a friend to cut his dreadlocks. It wasn’t only a mere dare, the dare was worth 10,000USD (1 million Kenya shillings).

Thanks to a recent interview, Thee Pluto unveiled the face of the friend who wagered a Ksh. 1 million for him to cut his dreadlocks.

As it turns out, his friend is none other than the Organizing Secretary for Azimio La Umoja who also happens to be the aspiring Nairobi County Women Representative Hon Wangui B. Nganga.

Hon. Wangui B. Nganga says that she took the incentive upon herself to try to motivate Thee Pluto to cut down his dreadlocks which he’s been donning for years so that he might look presentable, even to older people since he’s about to jump on some serious business in the future and he needs a serious look to match the business that is on the horizon.

“If you need somebody to change, saa zingine, unampatia tu incentive. Hata yeye najua alikuwa anataka kuzikata lakini hakuwa na very good reason. I think I’ve given him a reason kukata hiyo nywele na pia tena naona akona potential.

He started off very well, you don’t want some small things to stand on his way, there’s a certain way you brand yourself if you want to get somewhere.

Personally, I’m feeling the way he looks right now I think it’s good, I don’t know about everybody else but personally, I’m feeling it’s good for his work and it’s also good for people who are much older, they can trust him more and unaona biashara zenye anaenda kuingia, so I think it’s a good start for being serious. Yes,” Hon. Wangui B. Nganga said in part on a sit-down interview with YouTuber Nicholas Kioko.

YouTuber Nicholas Kioko was among the few content creators who were called upon to cover Thee Pluto being handed the Ksh.1 million in cash as promised by Hon Wangui B. Nganga who promised to give him the cash as soon as he cut down his dreadlocks.

Below is the short clip of Wangui B. Nganga living to her end of the bargain after she promised whatever she promised to YouTuber Thee Pluto.
