Manchester United’s crunch Premier League match at West Ham Tuesday night has been delayed after the Reds’ team coach was pelted with bottles and other missiles.

Kick-off at the Boleyn Ground was scheduled for 7.45pm. It has now been confirmed that kick-off has been put back to 8.30pm. It’s believed the bus was slightly delayed ahead of the game, but then ran into trouble near the ground.

Pictures from photographers outside the ground show riot police surrounding United’s team coach as it battled through huge crowds to reach the stadium.
