Stella Mwangi swears to never wear Gucci ever again

Stella Mwangi has never been one to hold words when the needs arise to talk about some serious stuff going on in our everyday lives and she didn’t keep quiet about the whole Gucci  boycott controversy.

Stella Mwangi who  recently rapped in front of Top Dawg Entertainment(T.D.E)  signed artiste, Jay Rock and got a cosign from the American rapper took to social media to express her disgust in the international brand and swore to never wear any products from them if they can’t respect her fans.

Stella Mwangi joined a number of international celebrities who publicly condemned Gucci following the blackface sweater controversy and have vowed to boycott the Italian brand as a result.

Gucci since released their official apology

“We consider diversity to be a fundamental value to be fully upheld, respected, and at the forefront of every decision we make,” the company said in a statement last week.

“We are fully committed to increasing diversity throughout our organisation and turning this incident into a powerful learning moment for the Gucci team and beyond.”

“Yoh, listen, so am getting rid of all my Gucci [expletive] you know, Gucci Bags, Gucci Bags, all these [expletive]…If they don’t respect my people, what are these …?” she said in part in the video she shared on social media.

Stella Mwangi has swore to support African brands and companies instead of supporting Gucci.
