Smallz Lethal drops his latest record ‘Kindezi’ with Juma Nature, EMC

2 mins read

Smallz Lethal is one rapper that does not need introduction in the rap game, especially the Kenyan one since he is considered as a veteran in the rap game because he has been a part of the genre for years, a little over a decade. He is the rap’s OG to say the least.

You know its fireworks if a Kenyan rapper and/or a musician gets to jump in a recording booth with one super talented Tanzanian veteran singer, Juma Nature.

This time round, Smallz Lethal got to work with Juma Nature real name Juma Khassim on his latest record dubbed ‘Kindezi’ which saw the Kisii Rap Kings rapper spend a fortnight in Tanzania making sure everything about the record was way above par and the visuals of the same was crisp.

The delivery of Smallz Lethal on this record is something unforgettable and there’s a high chance some of his verses will be sampled in the future because he spits the truth on the record.

“…bora life hamna kitu sina
hii talanta hatuchezi na jina”

excerpt off Smallz Lethal’s verse

Quotable lyrics from Smallz Lethal verse

nikitokea machiz wanachanuka
yeah
mi na Nature mabuda
Tanzania sikufika kwa scooter
niombee mama nime-come kutafuta
sina sina muda wa kupoteza
mi mngwana kama Mambo Mbotela
piga kaz weka dishi kwa meza
Dar mambo shwari nikisaka macheda
kikosi Kama kimya na Pina
sikosi kuwa natesa kwa vina
bora life hamna kitu sina
hii talanta hatuchezi na jina

I love everybody who loves everybody, somebody got to love somebody at some point.
Music is something that comes natural to everybody and it's a language that everybody can understand, I understand it and that's why I speak it
fluently, do you.
