Sultry singer Vivian Wambui and her sweetheart Sam West moved in together after their traditional wedding which was held in early 2018.
For starters, Sam West proposed to singer Vivian almost two years ago. The Hero Radio CEO cum comedian went down on his knee and popped the big question to the ‘Charm’ hit maker in April 2017 while she was being interviewed on Citizen TV’s 10 Over 10.
The two lovebirds held their traditional wedding on March 3rd 2018 at Vivian’s parents’ home in Kiserian, Kajiado County.
The couple recently opened up on the biggest challenge facing their marriage during an interview with Betty Kyallo. Vivian and Sam West said raising their two kids from their previous relationships was the biggest challenge.
“One of the key things with blended families, you have to understand who you are. You are different species, it is not a normal family. Because one you are trying to connect with your partner as two individuals and now you also have other people as well. You have a child, she has a child and the two of them also have to integrate,” said Sam West.
“We have different ways in which we were used in bringing up our children differently, so that is also an issue because maybe there is something he will see maybe me and Natalie and he will be like why don’t you try this and it’s easy to take offence with that. And maybe I will do the same with him and Ty and it’s a girl and a boy, so also their behaviours are completely different,” Vivian added.
