Silverstone Barz is making sure everybody inside and outside the music industry in Kenya and outside the country knows that she was born to do this, and that’s rap and make good, timeless, quality music effortlessly.

In her latest record dubbed ‘If it’s on’, Silverstone Barz recruits the pen of Boutross –who has since established himself over the years as the King of Sheng rap music– to help her show everybody else out there that she has everything it takes to be sitting on the hip hop pedestal as one of the best rappers to ever do it at such a young age in Kenya today.

Silverstone Barz and Boutross have a magical musical connection that is perfectly intertwined with their talents and penmanship. They remind us of the connection Drake and Nicki Minaj has which always tells the fans to expect a fire track every time they get to work together on a project.

It’s inevitable to see Boutross and Silverstone Barz working again on future projects because their latest collaboration offering ‘If It’s on’ is already a hot hit record.

It has only been a few days and the streaming numbers on YouTube alone are impressive, the song is also receiving heavy rotation on the radio making it one of the best records released this month.

All we can do at the moment is have the ‘If It’s on’ record on repeat because the song is a “fire flame emoji” hot and proves that Silverstone Barz is gradually becoming a stellar artiste that she knew she will be just as we Biggest Kaka believed she would be in the future.

When it boils down to music, real, quality, authentic, timeless rap music in Kenya today, Silverstone Barz together with Boutross has that in lock, hands down. Kenya’s hip hop is secure thanks to these two rappers.

We sure can’t wait to see what the future holds for these two established rap artistes in their own right.
