Sho Madjozi becomes the first South African woman to ever win BET Awards

Sho Madjozi real name Maya Christinah Xichavo Wegerif became the first South African woman to ever win the coveted BET Awards in the concluded Awards in Los Angeles making not only South Africa as a country proud but the entire Africa proud for winning big at BET Awards.

Sho Madjozi who got to hang out with Cardi B won in the category of ‘Best New International Act’ at the 2019 BET Awards beating Headie One, Octavian both from U.K, Jok’Air, Nesly from France and Teni from Nigeria.
