Their plan is to pitch the themes of economic exclusion, devolution, historical injustices and corruption to remove Jubilee from power.
Raila’s team plan to ride on the message that Jubilee Party is fighting devolution and has failed to implement the constitution and fight off corruption.
The ODM team cites the billions lost in the National Youth Service(NYS) saga and the Eurobond scam.
