This is the Red Cross drill that went viral

A drill that took place in the Aberdares of a group of men terrorizing innocent men dubbed Mocking Terror by Citizen TV shock the whole country where the ‘victims’ seems helpless until a calvary of policemen came to help the situation

according to Citizen TV statement:

A video in which a team of Kenya Red Cross staff are seen to be waylaid and attacked by an armed group has gone viral.
The video, two minutes and 50 seconds long, is chilling not only in the number of staff seen to be in the hands of attackers but the Mandera bus-attacks style in which hundreds are drawn out of vehicles and shot to death that was being applied by the armed men. Kenya Red Cross Secretary General Abbas Gedi Gullet has confirmed that the clip was a make-belief shot in the Aberdares and that none of his staff were injured.
