Raila Odinga finally ditches Safaricom for Airtel

Nasa leader Raila Odinga has made true of his threat to ditch Safaricom for Airtel. The Nasa brigade instructed its followers to boycott companies and services from companies that support Jubilee government.

Safaricom, Bidco and Brookside Dairy are some of the companies blacklisted by Safaricom. The telecommunications giant is accused of  aiding the Jubilee government to rig August 8th election.

Raila, Nasa politicians and supporters on Monday evening November 6th gathered along Koinange Street to switch their lines to Airtel.

“One of the companies that we have asked Kenyans to boycott is Safaricom because of its role in aiding and abetting those who are subverting the democratic will of Kenyans.

The National Resistance Movement of NASA (NRM) will continue in the days ahead to roll out more measures to action as part of our Economic Liberation Programme.

“We shall not stop until our nation gets justice in the form of free, fair and credible elections,” said Raila Odinga.
