Phyllis Mwihaki Ng’etich has made a name for herself in the music industry.

There’s no way you can’t put her name in any conversation of the best Kenyan vocalists; either dead or alive.

Let’s just say Phy is a bona fide musical talent and when you say that to anybody, they won’t argue with you because it’s rather hard to argue about a fact.

The musician has had the privilege and opportunity to work with some of the best artistes and record producers the Kenyan music industry has to offer and she’s very grateful for that.

Phy is not one to take anything for granted, she’s thankful for every little thing she has achieved in her music career and learned the art of staying humble even when she’s winning, probably that’s why most artistes prefer working with her.

One of the many artistes she has had the opportunity to work with is King Kaka where herself together with Khaligraph Jones and the ‘Wajinga Nyinyi’ hitmaker dropped one of the realest, hardest records yet released by the singer dubbed ‘Ruka’ which was released a couple of years back but still go hard till this day.

Taking to social media, Phy iterates that King Kaka is the major artiste who has played a key role in her successful music career and she’s not afraid to let the entire world know about that as a fact.

“Everywhere I go be it interviews, in conversations or a forum, King Kaka stays to be a prominent character in the making of my story,” she said in part.

King Kaka released one of his hit records dubbed ‘Dear Stranger’ featuring Xenia Manasseh off his upcoming mixtape ‘The Servant & The King’ expected anytime soon where the rapper gives a massive shout out to Phy in one of his witty, powerful verses congratulating her on the baby she’s about to have.
