Otile Brown was trending for the most part of last week after Octopizzo made a bold statement on Twitter about not so many people, especially Kenyans deciding not to support the ‘Dusuma’ and ‘Aiyana’ hitmaker but supporting Octopizzo instead.

“MFs out her gassing Diamond but will not support Otile Brown.” Octopizzo wrote on Twitter. “The mediocrity on these platforms smh”

Otile Brown took to social media a few days later after Octopizzo made the bold statement on social media saying that he has no problem with fans supporting Diamond Platnumz every time he releases a project.

Otile Brown doesn’t see anything wrong with the fans supporting anybody else apart from him because the fans love what they love and he categorically stated that he has no problem whatsoever about his fans showing nothing but love to Diamond Platnumz and/or any other artistes out there.

Otile Brown officially declared the king of Kenyan music

Otile Brown subtly attacked Octopizzo without calling out his name out for being jealous labeling the act as a sign of weakness.

“Support who you like. Support what you like. Music has no boundaries, jealousy is a sign of weakness and it ain’t for us.”Otile Brown said in an official statement on his Instagram story.

He went on to add, “If you ain’t popping you just ain’t, even if you try to bring your competition down. You can never force people to like your sh*t. I got nothing but love for every artists!”

Otile Brown made it clear that he doesn't mind fans not listening his music and listens to other artistes like Diamond Platnumz. Otile Brown believes Diamond Platnumz has earned his stripes and he should be given his well-deserving supports from Kenyans. Photo credit: Instagram/otilebrown

“Might poke them sometimes but it’s nothing personal, This is just entertainment, just because we are vouched for in these complaints doesn’t mean we feel/think the same way. Our brother[Diamond Platnumz] deserves it, he has worked for it.

“I got respect for all artistes regardless of what music they sing. If it makes money it makes sense, do you, let us stop whining ikibuma turudi jikoni. For our media keep supporting us, not only big hits or big artists, when a song is good peana shavu even to upcoming artist.”

“It’s okay not to like my music or support. A hustler will always be one regardless. Support
