Octopizzo is one talented rapper who is above a lot of things, more than a rapper, he’s way more.
Octopizzo is a philanthropist who doesn’t blow his horn but rather lets his deeds and giving back to society speak for itself has a piece of rather outside-the-box advice to the young generation of today.
Octopizzo urges young people to venture into farming, not only basic farming but farming with the intensions of reaping rewards and making money out of it.
The proud son of Siaya County’s soil took to social media to offer his well-thought advice to the youth standing on what seems to be his plot of land in Ugenya, Siaya County.
Echoing his advice through his Foundation, Octopizzo Foundation, the Kibera born and bred rapper encouraged youth to look at farming in a livelihood approach and it seems like he’s leading by example.
“Am encouraging young people to get into farming with a livelihood approach that can be distinguished from a production-based approach in that it makes the household the center of the analysis, taking an integrated view of the importance of all its assets or forms of capital.”
