Kenyans have made comments on a display showing the KDF artillery and Kenya’s military power at Laikipia airbase.
In 2022, the Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) have the strongest military among the East African Community (EAC) members.
In its most recent yearly study, Global Firepower, a group that rates the military prowess of nations, places Kenya 81st out of 142 countries, 11 spots higher than Uganda, which was ranked 92 at the start of the year.
Part of the collection are; British-made Vickers MK3 tanks, American-made M118 105 mm howitzers, Russian-made 2B11 12O mm mortar and Serbian-made 155 mm Nora B-52 K1 self-propelled howitzers.
