Nandy has broken her silence after a leaked audio of Lulu Diva talking to a witchdoctor about making her the most popular female artiste in Tanzania.
On Wednesday, December 6, 2023, social networks in Tanzania lit up after the voice allegedly belonging to the Lulu Diva talking to a healer about her musical success.
In that voice, Lulu Diva was heard telling the witchdoctor to make her become the only female artiste in Tanzania who is loved by fans, insisting that wanted her star to shine more than Nandy’s.
Lulu Diva also thanked the healer for what she said he did a serious thing that made her ‘Andazi’ dance do well and was received well in the villages, so she asked him to make her famous and get more gigs like Nandy is getting.
“Kwenye ‘Andazi’ tumekwisha, yaani kama ni ile kafara tumefanya basi tumetisha na tumeua kwa sababu ile ‘Andazi’ imeenda vizuri yaani mpaka kule vijijini nikienda ninaisikia, watu wanaitika. Lakini sasa mtaalamu nashangaa mbona shoo sipati, huu mwisho wa mwaka mbona simu haziiti? Naishia tu kuona wasichana wengine wakifanya shoo, mbona sipati hizo shoo mimi? Mimi ninachotaka nipate hizo shoo hivyo,” Lulu Diva said.
In the leaked audio, Lulu Diva also thanked the witchdoctor for helping her tie down her man with magical spell, saying that he was giving her money whenever he asks him.
Nandy rebuked the demon that was envying her life while responding to Lulu Diva’s leaked audio.
“Leo na kemeaa ma pepo…. Ya kutamani tamani maisha yangu 😎!!” Nandy wrote.
Lulu Diva has dated several male celebrity including Kenyan musician-turned-politician Charles Njagua Kanyi aka Jaguar who served as Starehe MP from 2017 to 2022.
In July 2019, both Lulu Diva and Jaguar confirmed they were dating.
“We haven’t started dating suddenly as many might think. We started dating about four months back and now we’ve decided to go public,” Lulu Diva said in an interview with Ijumaa Wikienda.
“I am in love, those other matters do not relate to my relationship. We are in Dubai on holiday and afterwards, we will go to Jaguar’s Nairobi home,” she added.
Jaguar confirmed the relationship to K24 Digital. He was quoted as saying, “Lulu Diva is a pretty woman, who most men, if not all, would love to have. She is also lovable. My relationship with her shows that contrary to the now-popular belief that I dislike Tanzanians, I actually do appreciate them to the extent of entangling with one of them.”
