Nafsi Huru makes a hip hop statement in powerful patriotic song

Nafsi Huru is a bonafide hip hop head who knows and understands everything to do with hip hop music.

He’s one of the conscious hip hop artistes in the game right now and everybody knows this to be true, even the mainstream rappers in the game today.

Nafsi Huru doesn’t need any introductions whatsoever when it comes down to rap music, his music and reputation precede him and it’s evident by the props he usually gets from already established and mainstream rappers who have nothing but genuine love and admiration for him.

The rapper who traces his background to the Coastal part of Kenya is known for always making sure that he passes a message and/or two throughout all the records that he puts out there for the universe to consume and his recent collaboration project is nothing, but a project filled with more than enough messages to give the universe, only this time, he’s giving out the positive message to his fellow countrymen, Kenyans.

Nafsi Huru’s message

In his latest offering dubbed ‘Tamani Amani’, Nafsi Huru brought out Insect Dudu, and Kalamashaka to help him pass the strong positive message of peace, love, and unity, especially during these times of politics which has taught us the importance of staying together as a nation regardless of what your neighbor stands for politically.

“[This is] a Call to All citizens of the world and Kenya especially to value and embrace peace in all aspects of life,” Nafsi Huru says about the record.

In case you missed it, watch the official music video for ‘Tamani Amani’ as written and performed by Nafsi Huru, Insect Dudu, and Kalamashaka below;

It’s sad that a bonafide rapper like Nafsi Huru is underrated.

The talented rapper has so much to pass down to the lot of us through his esoteric music that should be enjoyed by many people and not only hip hop heads.

I am a Pan-Afrikanist to the core and love to let the world know what they are missing in Africa. I might do that through music and some interesting posts from time to time so please bare with me.

I will always be real though, that's a guarantee.
