Mutahi Ngunyi is the current victim of Kenyans on Twitter(KOT) wrath after he instigated that the Deputy President, William Ruto appointed himself the Co-President of the Republic of Kenya.
Deputy President William Ruto remained silent for the most part during the Coronavirus(COVID-19) pandemic that the globe is currently going through with Kenyans not being spared.
The Deputy President earlier on addressed the nation about the current situation in regards to Pandemic Coronavirus, COVID-19 disease that has seen the death of over 80,000 people globally and talked about the importance of following the directives as given by the government and the importance of maintaining clean hygiene and regularly washing our hands.
A political analyst who is believed to always predict the future in regards to Kenyan politics, Mutahi Ngunyi took to Twitter to share his sentiments on the Deputy President’s national address.
“To UNDERSTAND Uhuru Kenyatta, read his EYES. To UNDERSTAND “Deputy President William Ruto”, READ his BODY LANGUAGE. Today it is COMBATIVE and DEFIANT.” Mutahi Ngunyi said.

Mutahi Ngunyi believes that Deputy President, William Ruto has appointed himself the Co-President of the Republic of Kenya by being defiant and that he was giving out a statement from his Co-Government.”
“He has appointed himself Co-President and is giving a statement from his Co-Government. This is BOLD!” he added.
