Mulamwah is renting in Nairobi yet at the same time he is building a multimillion shillings home in his rural home in Trans Nzoia county.
`To many people, it doesn’t make sense building a big house upcountry when someone is in the city most of the time and hardly travels home.
Mulamwah revealed why he opted to construct a mega-mansion in his village while speaking during an interview with local news outlet.
“The opinion of building in the village, I wanted to follow my father’s example when I was young, my uncles’ children succeeded in their studies by living with us because my father gave them shelter by having a big house,” he said.
Mulamwah further added that his house will also serve his brothers, sisters and aunts when they need housing services because he knows where he came from and how the community depends on him.
“I have gone through a lot on the internet, but for me, my house is my comfort. When it is finished, I know it will be a blessing for my community.
Mulamwah said that the house has two million left until it is completed while saying that plans to complete it are ongoing.
The comedian had in the past revealed that his mansion will have five bedrooms.
