Music producer Motif says broke Magix Enga has himself to blame for his misfortune

Motif The Don has turned his back on fellow music producer Magix Enga who has been pleading for financial help to get through this tough economic times.

Magix Enga, brains behind a number of hits such as Dundaing, Watoto na Pombe and Wembe, in October 2023 launched a public appeal for financial help while lamenting that he struggling to make ends meet.

“Our president Dr. William Samoei Ruto I can urge you to please help me in whatever support you can starting from the music industry to my colleague. Right now am writing this I have 1 one-month-old baby boy who is depending on me. I tried to pull myself together but the studio I was working was shut down because of rent issues. I still believe that am the best producer,” Magix Enga pleaded in an Instagram video.

Motif The Don says Magix Enga has only himself to blame for his misfortune.

“Blame yourself. He was known for his arrogance and misdemeanor while at the top of his game,” Motif said.

The music producer further added that Magix Enga’s fall from grace to grass was unexpected.

Motif’s comments came after Eric Omondi also said he could not help Magix Enga.
