Mary Lincoln owes her popularity and musical success to her husband Gikuyu radio presenter Njogu Wa Njoroge. But she betrayed him when she entertained another man with her nudes.

Mary’s nudes were leaked by faceless blogger Martha Mwihaki Hinga who claimed that the singer was sending her nudes to a wealthy man who was to pay her Ksh35,000 rent at an apartment along Kiambu road.

Njogu Wa Njoroge was utterly shocked by the viral birthday suit photos of his second wife. The incident resulted in a major storm in her marriage.

Mary Lincoln was a salonist in Nairobi’s Gikomba market, before her music career took off, backed by her celebrity husband Njoroge.

She is popular for hits like Kururíra hau, Ngacibú, Ndúkaríkanie nanií, Kamúhari, Matukú matanathiathia and Ndúkegerekanie nanií among others.

Njoroge, who is a proud polygamist, married Mary Lincoln as his second wife in August 2020 in a wedding that was the talk of the town.

Their traditional wedding was attended by top Kikuyu celebrities, among them musician Samidoh and comedian Muthee Kiengei.

“Nothing you do now can change the past, but I promise you everything you do now will determine your future,” Mary Lincoln captioned one of her photos after the wedding.

Theirs is a blended family, with the couple having children from previous relationships.

Mary Lincoln got married to Njoroge after her first marriage crumbled.

She was married to her first husband called Lincoln for 13 years before they parted ways.

The disgraced singer is a mother of three children.

Mary Lincoln was desperate save her second marriage after she cheated on her husband.

She went to church to repent and seek forgiveness just days after her nudes leaked in a bid to save her marriage.

On social media, the beleaguered singer shared photos showing her kneeling and weeping as Bishop Michael Wanderi of Christian Foundation Fellowship (CFF) Church, Kiambu prayed for her.
