Magix Enga has made the headlines once again and this time he might be serious, he might be in it for the long haul, not just for gimmicks.
The renowned record producer and celebrated artiste took to social media and announced that he will be vying for the Presidential spot come 2022 in Kenya’s general election, he’s already preparing for the sweet, powerful position in the country.
“Magix Enga for President, a leader by action, vote for me 2022.#MagixEngaForPresident” Magix Enga shared on social media.
Magix received support for his presidential race from someone nobody expected.
“Magix Enga is hopeful, achana na Enga wewe, that guy reaches for the stars, hata kama hatafika, hatafika kwa moon.
The veteran, experienced radio presenter, and media personality, Maina Kageni is all about Magix Enga vying for the top seat in the country and he’s more than willing to throw his weight behind him, that’s if he’s serious about running in the upcoming general elections in 2022.

“Magix Enga is my guy, Magix, go for it,” Maina Kageni said in an interview with Lyrical Jumper, “if young guys don’t vote for Magix Enga, there’s no hope. If he vies for Presidency I will support him totally, I will even campaign for him[Magix Enga], for free …” he said after he was asked where he stands in regard to Magix Enga running for the presidential office.
Magix Enga is known for not always being truthful on his social media posts and he’s been called out on the same on numerous occasions.
This time around though, the ‘Dundaing’ hitmaker seems to be serious, I guess in due time, we’ll get to know if he’s serious or not.
