Lilian Ng’ang’a has stepped down from her role as the First Lady of Machakos Governor. This comes after separating indefinitely from Dr. Alfred Mutua.
Lilian Ng’ang’a who met the governor officially in 2011 has officially ended her relationship with Dr. Alfred Mutua taking to social media to let everyone know all about it.
She’s very grateful for all the time, the wonderful time they spent together as a couple.
“The only constant in life is change and we must be present and aware to appreciate and embrace it. Winds of change blew my way and two months ago, I decided to end my long-term relationship with Dr Alfred Mutua. We had a good run and I am forever grateful to God He brought us together. We remain friends,” Ng’ang’a wrote in part on social media.
She further disclosed that she will still continue running her foundation, Lilian Nganga Foundation, since it was dear to her from the onset.
“With this, I put down the Machakos First Lady cap and what an honor it has been to be of service! I will continue to do projects close to my heart, charity work etc through the ‘Lilian Nganga Foundation’ as this has always formed who I am as a person. God’s plans are always for our good. never doubt or question.”
Dr Mutua didn’t have any child with Lilian Ng’ang’a but shares three children with his first wife, Dr. Josephine Thitu.
