Has the legal way failed to oust IEBC commissioners out of office or why has CORD forcefully decided to protest til they all resign or the body disbanded?

The Constitution of Kenya under  Article 248 establishes commissions and independent offices  narrowing down Article 248 (c) establishes the independent electrol and boundaries commission.

Article  88 of the Constitution  specifically establishes the independent electrol and boundaries commission’s mandate.

The IEBC is further guided by the independent electrol and boundaries commission Act  2011.The Constitution  further in article 251 stipulates  the  procedure for removal of  commissioners from office.

Below is a simple  summary of the procedure for removing the commissioners from office.. This is the legal way that those dissatisfied with the IEBC commissioners  ought to follow.
