Papa Dennis who was signed under Sadat Muhindi’s record label, Maliza Umaskini from 2013 to March 2019 was at one time estimated to be worth over a one hundred million Kenyan shillings at one certain time at least according to one Kiprono Arap Kalya who seem to be on the same circle of friends Papa Dennis was privy to.

Kiprono Arap Kalya took to social media to open up about what might have transpired that might have cause Papa Dennis’s untimely demise.

For starters, Kiprono Arap Kalya strongly believes that Papa Dennis took his own life according to his rather lengthy social media post that he posted on Facebook dated 8th February 2020 at 4:17 pm.

“Papa Dennis was discovered not many years ago by MP Alfred Keter in Kitale, Matunda while with Saddat Mhindi of Maliza Umaskini.

Now, if you know Saddat, you’d know why I’d be worried. This gentleman is the reason Ray C checked into rehab severally, abused drugs, became a psycho and dropped out of mainstream music. Ray C was once east Africa’s Beyonce.

Papa Dennis became so wealthy quickly that he would be known to have close to 100M in his accounts. His bank balance allowed him expensive music videos running to tens of millions and collabos with big names like Mr Flavor etc.” Kiprono Arap Kalya wrote in part on his Facebook post.

Papa Dennis went on to work with the best of the best artistes from Africa like Chidinma, Flavour, and many others just to mention a few on the height of his career which saw him gain a lot of accolades and win numerous awards.

“He died without a coin on him. Zero balance.” Kiprono Arap Kalya iterated on his detailed Facebook post on the sudden death of Papa Dennis.

Kiprono Arap Kalya who is convinced that Papa Dennis was either involved in money laundering or Narcos had some advice to the young youth who wants to make money rather fast than traditionally.

“Young people, traditional money-making ways is still the best way out of poverty. It takes time but it pays off. If you must make shortcuts in life, be very strategic and clever about it, because in the long run, your survival skills and mental stamina is what you will have left.” Kiprono Arap Kalya said.
