Rap royalty King Kaka is releasing his fifth album, Eastlando Royalty on 30th November 2018. Kaka has been doing a series of events leading up to the most anticipated Album launch in Kenya.
The surprise album listening parties all over Kenya began on October 30th in Kitale and came to a conclusion yesterday in Machakos with raving reviews from King Kaka’s fans.
Album cover auction
On October 20th, King Kaka auctioned the Eastlando Royalty album cover through an exclusive event at the Hemingways for a whopping Ksh. 32,000.
All proceeds were donated to the King Kaka Sanitary Bank Campaign that aims to keep 100,000 girls in school.
Campus tours
During the first week of October, King Kaka went around Universities speaking to students about his journey as an artiste, entrepreneur, and activist. He visited a total of six campuses; Zetech University, KCA University, Mount Kenya University, Kabarak University, Moi University and Maseno University reaching a total of 6,015 students.
Eastlando King and Queen
King Kaka himself crowned the Eastlando King and Queen, who were selected from Eastlando hood to hood tours.
The crowned King and Queen walked away with a Safaricom phone, an exclusive trip to Mombasa courtesy of TrippyGo on a Sky world Flight and a 6 months recording/management contract at Kaka Empire.

King Kaka visited 7 fans at their homes across Kenya.
These fans were selected during on-air competitions on radio and also through King Kaka’s social media accounts.
King Kaka visited each of these fans, who were asked to invite 5 of their friends to share a KFC meal and then listen to 5 tracks off the upcoming Eastlando Royalty album.
Eastlando Royalty has a total of 24 tracks featuring both local and international bigwigs such as Tracy Morgan and Talib Kweli.
Eastlando Royalty Album Launch is set to go down on November 30th at Uhuru gardens.
King Kaka recently released the first single off the album – Dundaing, which is already an anthem on both TV and radio.

The album launch for Eastlando Royalty will be held at Uhuru Gardens on the 30th of November with an early bird ticket going for Ksh. 700, regular tickets for 1,000, with VIP Ticket going for 7,000 and Royalty tickets going for 40,000 with the tickets available at mookh.com
