Khaligraph Jones made a premonition three years ago that he will indeed be one if not the one rapper standing out in the Kenyan rap game, look at him now.
Many artistes, especially rap artistes usually rap about real stuff that they go through in life and for Papa Jones the same cliché’ applies as he saw himself winning in the future as he released his own rendition of ‘Ojuelegba’ originally done by Nigerian afro pop musician, Wizkid dubbed ‘Ojuelegba refix’ where the hook of the song was “God is gonna open doors”.
Those are the same words the OG is talking about today as he posted them on Instagram earlier on today.
“ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO I SAID GOD IS GONNA OPEN DOORS, NOW AM A LIVING TESTIMONY.” Khaligraph Jones said.
The rapper has indeed been riding high in the east African and African hip hop scene generally with his numerous released tracks ‘Rider’, ‘The Khali Cartel’, ‘Omollo’ and even getting featured on a sick track ‘Toka Teke’ by fellow rapper cum trapper and long term friend Oksyde.
The sky is only but a stepping stone for the Kayole native, Khaligraph Jones who late last year promised[sic] working with South African rapper Nasty C after working with the likes of Big Star, Zoocci Coke Dope and Youngsta CPT who are considered the South African rap greats in the region.
