Khaligraph Jones has finally released his first mainstream collaboration record with Femi One and fans cannot seem to get enough of it.
The Kayole-born and bred rapper enlisted the talented, bonafide female rapper Femi One to prove to the world once and for all that indeed the East(Africa) has something to say when it comes down to rap and hip hop.
This being the first time these two established rap artistes get to work together, they have proved without any reasonable doubt that there might be a lot of things going on in Kenya and a lot of things Kenyans are lacking but what the country isn’t lacking at the moment is talent, rap talent to be precise.
This was one of the highly anticipated rap records this week since the self-proclaimed OG promised nothing but fireworks today on the ‘Blueticks’ record, we’d say he has lived up to the promise of proving once again without any provocation that he is indeed the OG.
They say good things take time and indeed this collaboration has just proven that to be true.
A lot of fans from both camps have always wanted to see Femi One and Khaligraph Jones work together in a record and when the time was right and when the stars aligned, it was only right that these two worked together to release a classic dubbed ‘Blueticks’ that is already streets certified if the streaming numbers are something to go by on YouTube.
