Khaligraph Jones and his baby mama Karimi Muriungi alias Cashy have been locked in a bitter brawl since they broke up four years ago.

Khaligraph and Cashy broke up before she gave birth to their son Xolani in sometimes in September 2018.

In February 2019, Cashy revealed that she chose to end the five-year relationship with Khaligraph because of physical abuse.

Cashy publicly exposed Khaligraph as a deadbeat dad for the first time in September 2020 while demanding that the rapper should pay for their son’s treatment.

In October 2021, Cashy once again claimed that her baby daddy was using lockdown as an excuse not to support their son.

The drama has being going on until Khaligraph filed a case in court seeking custody of their son Xolani.

Khaligraph through his management, while responding to the latest round of accusations from Cashy, said that he opted file the case in court after failing to reach an out-of-court settlement with his baby mama.

“After a long period of constant harassment by Cashy against our artiste he sought her out of with a view to reach an amicable settlement out of court, however this approach was not successful due to her outrageous demands,” part of the statement read.

Khaligraph further that he would not engage in meaningless online wars with Cashy, adding that he had secured court orders stopping his baby mama from publishing defamatory statements.

“Our artiste has restrained himself throughout the harassment and defamation of character. We seek to state categorically that our artiste will not be dragged into meaningless online wars and shall not be dragged into meaningless online wars and shall await the decision of the courts which he commits to abide,” the management’s statement concluded.
