After Kenya new armored vehicles touched down, everyone what talking and guess what, Uganda Police too has some new vehicles at the Mombasa port.
As Kenya looks like it was preparing for war against the Alshabaab, Uganda is gearing up for elections mid February, maybe for developmental construction?or what could they be for?
