Kenyan musician Queen Marie J blasts Rayvanny for breaching agreement terms of their collabo

Musician Queen Marie J, real name Marie Njoroge, has called out Bongo singer Rayvanny for allegedly violating the terms of their agreement.

Marie J claims the ‘I Miss You’ hit maker breached the agreement terms they had of working on a music collaboration.

The Kenyan musician told Pulse magazine that she paid Rayvanny to lift her music profile through collaboration but the Bongo singer didn’t deliver on his part.

“Rayvanny from Tanzania breached the agreement terms we had of working on a collaboration even after all the production costs were made. He requested that if I give him an amount of money he would help me to shine up all the way up within a short period of time so we agreed and I was sending money to him anytime he requested,” Marie J said.

She also claimed Rayvanny would often ask her for money and she would always oblige, only for him to later go silent on her.

The Kenyan musician claims Rayvanny later blocked her on all platforms, only floating to her an excuse that he was dealing with a lot of issues.

“He was supposed to help me personally but since he has left his previous label it would be easier to work with him, so I hope for the best. Probably the problem was his label then,” she said.

She added that the collaboration with the former Wasafi Records signee was initially supposed to be released in 2020.
