Wayinke is a Kenyan high fashion model, actress and musician whose musical style is majorly Afro-Pop with influences of the native Chakacha and R&B.

She has just released her debut album. The album is self-titled as an introduction of her style, ability, art and self in general. This album features 10 songs, 35minutes listening with styles ranging from dance seduction songs, ballads, funk etc. etc.

The album has so far had a thorough pre-release campaign on boomplay music, and a feature play listing on Spotify music.

The release plan included an exclusive premier on hero radio and a live band showcase at the Ongea Eastern African Music Summit.

Released with a promotional video as a tease to what her album will be all about, the video in itself is a sultry and artistic piece that show us a different side of Wayinke that we hadn’t see yet. Ni yeye is the debut single by Wayinke. It is the song that introduced us to the songstress. The song talks about the love and loyalty of a young girl who’ll stick by her man no matter what.
