Pastor Kanyari exudes confidence his sister’s killer will rot in jail

Pastor Victor Kanyari said his family can only get closure from Starlet Wahu’s murder when the suspect John Matara is locked in prison for eternity.

The controversial preacher spoke about his sister’s death while ministering at his church in Kayole.

Kanyari exuded confidence that the murder suspect Matara would rot in jail for his crime.

“Huyu mwanaume sijamwona. Kwa sababu dada yangu anajulikana naye basi hata huko jela hatawahi toka,” he said.

He added that his slain sister just like any other girl was also looking for love and a man.

Pastor Kanyari however noted that the only mistake his sister made was trusting a stranger.

The controversial preacher further said that he saw no wrong in his sister taking alcohol as they both lived different lives.

He clarified that Starlet was a lover of life and was never into the church like he is.
