As everyone who hasn’t been living under a rock knows, Kabogo Junior’s father lost his re-election bid to the well-dressed, mild-mannered and very articulate Ferdinand Waititu. The loss would have caused some politician’s sons sleepless nights but not Kabogo Junior. He showed how relaxed he was when he posted two videos on his popular Instagram page.
The son of the Kiambu politician who has a sizeable Instagram following was clearly not in a melancholic mood. In the two short clips he posted Kabogo Junior is a man on a mission. Which mission you may ask? To have fun.
The first clip shows Kabogo reclining with his legs on a support in an upscale restaurant with a shisha bong on his table. His mood is that of a well rested individual who is clearly at peace. Nothing to see here. Move along.
In the second clip Kabogo Junior shows us the drinks he and his friends are having. Red and white wine for those who care. The mood again is laid back as they sing along to a tune playing out of the speakers in the bar. Is it that he is just a naturally happy-go-lucky guy or can it be that wealth can shield us from disappointments most common men go through? Who cares? Let him enjoy himself.
