3 mins read

This is the third offering of the Skhanda god after he released his sophomore album last year dubbed ‘SR2’ which has some of the best rap records to ever come from Africa thus far, no cap.

On that studio album, K.O had some of the best verses you will ever get to listen to on a project, it’s surprising the album didn’t receive any accolade or an award, that album is on its level that can’t be compared to any project/s out.

Please don’t get me started on how powerful a hip hop studio album ‘Skhanda Republic’ really is, it changed the rap game as we know it today and most of your favorite rap artistes will accept this to be true. It’s almost inevitable, K.O will sooner or later, and eventually drop ‘Skhanda Republic 2’ will blow all the other African rap albums out of the water, what we can do, is just sit down, hope and wait for this to come to fruition.

Record off the album ‘Say U Will’ which features Nandi Madida already shot up to become one of the top most streamed records in Mzansi.

The ‘Supa Dupa’ single off the album as well is receiving massive airplays across the globe having over a million streams on YouTube alone.

The album has six features coming from Sjava, Wizkid, DJ Maphorisa, Ma-E, Loki, Nandi Madida on the 13-track studio album.

K.O’s consistency in the rap scene cannot be overlooked especially after he has still remained to be on top of the rap’s food chain ever since he was a part of group, Teargas and dominating the airwaves with Cashtime Life. He is not wrong calling himself a god, even if its Skhanda god.
