Junet Mohamed, speaking yesterday at an ODM party rally that was headlined by the party leader in Mombasa County called out Deputy President William Ruto once again and asked him to be on the forefront in taking the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Suna East Member of Parliament and the National Assembly Minority Whip pledged with Members of Parliament, and Ministers not to offer themselves first for the COVID-19 vaccine.

He instead suggested that the vaccines should be distributed to the poor people in the villages who are helpless.

Junet stated that since Deputy President William Ruto likens himself to a Chief Hustler, he should be the first person to be offered the vaccine.

“MPs should start distributing the COVID-19 vaccine to the poor people. Let them not first vaccinate themselves together with the ministers. let them help those that are helpless in society. Wale ambao hawajiwezi wakajiweza, let them start with DP Ruto,” Junet Mohammed said.
