Carolyne Waithera, the second wife of the late Kikuyu vernacular singer John Demathew, told her late husband how his family has been frustrating her in an emotional tribute.

Waithera took to YouTube to narrate her pain, telling her late husband what she has been going through ever since he died in August 2019.

The widow said she wished Demathew was still alive to see how their two children are growing and how she is struggling to make sure they are living a decent life.

She went ahead and said that being a single mother has not been easy for her. She stressed the void her late husband left in her heart can’t be replaced by anybody.

“It’s 3 years down the line and life has not been the same again, you’re missed loved and every day is a remarkable moment for us,” she said.

Waithera further told her late husband that his family threw her out of the house they used to live with him while he was still alive.

“I wish you know how your family treated me beb when you left after your demise. They threw me out of our home. Where I gave birth to our little Mathew but anyway don’t worry because God has been faithful. You left this world but you are still in my heart,” she said.
