If you are an ardent follower of real hip hop in the country, you’d notice how firm Femi One made a huge statement with her latest record dubbed ‘Hiyo One’ off his upcoming ‘XXV’ project scheduled to drop officially on the 25th of April.
Femi One made it clear that there’s absolutely no female rap artiste who can compare to her shine in rap, she even took a brief 6 months hiatus to do Kapuka and came back and according to her, there’s no competition at all. You have to listen to her latest record ‘Hiyo One’ if you haven’t already just to be up to speed with what you are missing in the super lit, Kenyan rap scene today.

Taking to Instagram, Femi One called out all the female Kenyan rappers out there who were quiet for the six months she took to make Kapuka songs and went on ahead to challenge them by giving them 48 hours to clap back on his record before he released a part 2 of ‘Hiyo One’. She called all the Kenyan female rappers out on 7 days ago, on 5th April 2019.
“I have been making Kapuka music and left the “rap field” for all of you and I can’t see anybody doing something. Where’s the problem?” Femi One said in part
Femi One said on Instagram: “I have been making Kapuka music and left the “rap field” for all of you and I can’t see anybody doing something. Where’s the problem? I just have to excite them for them to enter the studio 😂😂😂 I haven’t rapped for 6 months and when I come back I still find the “rap field” is still open 😂😂 what’s the problem? girls I have given you 48 hours to enter studio if you can reach these levels of rapping. Before I drop ‘Hiyo One’ part 2 just tag that girl who usually gas herself up, tell her to enter studio.”
