Former K24, KTN News anchor Betty Kyallo has addressed how she manages to make sure that negative stories written about her don’t affect her in any way. She doesn’t even entertain trolls.

Taking to her social media page, the beautiful mother of one who recently found genuine love from a hunk of a city Lawyer in Nairobi says that she already found a way to never indulge in negative vibes, negative articles about her, and even online trolls.

She disclosed that she never read any negative articles about her that are published by anybody; either a media house or an individual which has helped her maintain nothing but positive vibes alone which have worked for her for the over 10 years she’s been in the limelight.

The serial entrepreneur also shared that her close friends and her family members know better than forwarding her any story that might hurt her in a way or two.

This is the full statement she shared on her social media addressing how she deals with online trolls, negative vibes and/or stories she predominantly gets on social media:

“Learn to guard your heart. Many times Iā€™m asked how I deal with trolls or haters and what Iā€™ve learned for the last 10 years of being a public figure is how to protect my heart and energy.

I choose what I consume, I donā€™t read negative stories, comments about myself plus my close Friends and family never send me things that would affect my spirit. Itā€™s like a bubble. I also learned the fact that not everyone has to like mešŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ Iā€™m cool with that because the amount of love I get is super crazy. ā¤ļø

Also never let people put crazy expectations on you. Gosh you are human. You are allowed to be, live, be happy, feel sad, fail, rise, fall. Itā€™s ok.

Iā€™m also alive to the fact that itā€™s not a ā€œfamous peopleā€ issue. Anyone can go through this. Could be hate, discrimination from relatives and friends. Learn to be blind to things that crush your soul. You donā€™t have to hear everything. Who said what about you etcā€¦ Block the noise and always put your mental health first. Take care of you.”
