Harmonize’s DJ hints a Harmonize, Davido collaboration and Africa can’t keep calm

4 mins read

Harmonize has pretty much worked with most of West African artistes ranging from Eugy, Yemi Alade, Sarkodie, Skales who has worked with him on two hit records; ‘Oyoyo’ and ‘Fire Waist’ and of course he has also worked with Burna Boy together with his former boss, Diamond Platnumz.

It’s safe to say Harmonize’s music’s catalog is really interesting, he might have not moved South to work with upper echelon South African artistes just yet but if his official DJ, DJ Seven’s words on social media is anything to go by, Africa is about to get one of kind hit record that won’t ever be forgotten even if we wanted to if Davido and Konde Boy finally get to jump in the studio together.

Harmonize who was performing at the One Africa Music Fest in Dubai -which saw other African international artistes like Tekno, Souhila Ben Lachhab, Tiwa Savage, Jah Prayzah, Akothee, 2Baba, Teni, Davido perform live for a roaring crowd- also shared a photo of himself together with Wizkid and Yemi Alade at One Africa Music Fest a couple of days back but then again, there wasn’t any instigation about a collaboration between the African established artistes.

Ever since Harmonize severed ties with his former record label and management company; Wasafi Classic Baby owned by Diamond Platnumz, he has been on a roll of making major moves. On the picture is Harmonize and Wizkid on a previous event. photo credit: Instagram/harmonize_tz

Taking to social media, Harmonize official international DJ and fellow countryman, DJ Seven shared a photo on social media of Harmonize and Davido chilling backstage of One Africa Music Fest show in Dubai and his caption rather caught the attention of Konde Gang’s fans all over the world.

“East meet West …. Another shit soon louder than ever 🌎🌎”

DJ Seven captioned a photo of Harmonize and Davido chilling together like the superstars they are.

It’s paramount to remember that Davido is the one African artistes who made Diamond Platnumz become as big as he is today in the music industry not only in East Africa but the entire African continent.

There's a high probable chance that Davido is working on a record together with Harmonize though it's not officially confirmed by either parties just yet. photo credit: Instagram/djsevenworldwide

After Diamond Platnumz released the remix for his his song ‘Number One’ which featured David Adeleke alias Davido a couple of years ago, his success was a sealed deal.

Now that Harmonize has severed ties with his former boss, Diamond Platnumz and remained cordial, many are speculating that Harmonize working with Davido will help him catapult him even on higher accolades, even become an international artiste just the way Burna Boy, Davido, Wizkid are right now.

Neither Davido nor Harmonize has corroborated working together on any project but what we sure know is that we are ready for a Harmonize, Davido collaboration project and when it finally comes to fruition, there’s a high probability that the record will blow every other records released at that time out of the water.

I guess we’ll have to wait and see and be hopefull of the 30 Billion Gang and Konde Gang collab.
