For almost a month there have been several reports that Wasafi Record was on the verge of losing one of its own finest artistes Harmonize.
Addressing journalists ahead Wasafi Festival in Mwanza a week ago, Harmonize said people should stop focusing on negative things and understand that he is not leaving Wasafi.
“Tujitahidi sio kila kitu ni kuangalia tu Negative, tuangalia na positive side pia. Alafu ukiangalia sisi ni familia , na kitu ambacho unakitengeneza kinaweza kupelekea familia kuingia katika malumbano.
Kitu kama Bus, sidhani kama mwandishi wa habari umeshindwa kuniuliza vitu vyote vya kimaendeleo, kuwa Konde Gang wameenda na Basi wasafi Festival,” said Harmonize.
Days later, Harmonize changed his bio on his Instagram account from ‘Signed Under WCB Label’ to ‘#WCB4LIFE’. All other Wasafi artistes like Rayvanny their bio read ‘Signed Under WCB Label’.
The change in Harmonize’s bio further sparked rumors that Harmonize was quitting Wasafi. The singer however continues to promote the label’s work on his social media pages.
