Harmonize has been trying in vain to get Diamond Platnumz to quarrel with him since 2019 when he quit Wasafi record label.
This time around Konde Boy took a jab at Diamond saying that despite the Wasafi boss being in the music industry for more than 10 years he cannot even measure up to recently popping Nigerian artistes who have only been in the game for two years.
Harmonize wrote this via Instagram without mentioning Diamond’s name directly, but by all signs this comment was directed directly at Diamond.
In his post, Harmonize encouraged East African artistes to focus on releasing music composed in English, saying that this is the only way to include and attract fans from foreign countries who do not understand Kiswahili.
In the wake of the controversy, Harmonize also attacked Diamond on the ground, saying that after trying to show success in his music internationally, he cannot now be given a show to perform during the day while big artists are waiting to perform at night.
It will be remembered the other day in Detroit in the United States, Diamond was seen performing during the day when other African acts performed at night when the crowd was packed in the hall.
Harmonize has been boasting due to the great success that his song ‘Single Again’ which was a big hit.
The song, which he has sung in English, has become a huge hit in many countries. He recently bagged Ruger from Nigeria to participate in the remix.
