Harmonize has opened up a new battlefront with Diamond Platnumz’s Wasafi whom he accuses of illegally earning revenue from his music.

Konde Boy notes that he paid Wasafi Tsh600 million/Ksh32.3 million to terminate his contract with them and acquire the rights to his music.

In a series of posts on social media, Harmonize lamented that to date he has never earned a single coin from the distribution and publishing of his music.

“I really need distribution company and publishing company asap haraka sana. Please reach out to my team,” Harmonize wrote.

“I know you can’t believe this. I have never collected 1 USD from publishing all the music that I’ve been dropping over 7 years. Over 100 hit songs remember I own the master but I don’t know who is collecting. Lol I need them back. Remember I have one girl. I’m here for her future. I need good life too,” he added.

Harmonize further accused Wasafi of collecting revenue from the distribution and publishing of his songs.

He wondered why he paid Wasafi Tsh600 million yet they were still earning from his music.

“When I submit my music to the distributors there’s someone submitting. Even that I paid 600 million to get my master how you collect my money? This Niggas can do bad things and keep smiling on your face. Nakukutangaza huna hela naacha basi muziki wenyewe mfurahi!!! I’m sure hakuna producer yeyote anaepata publishing rights,” Harmonize wrote.

Harmonize officially quit Wasafi in August 2019 after complaining about his contract. He had signed a 15-year contract with Diamond’s label.

The singer decided to terminate the contract just four years after he felt he was no longer getting value for his output.  He was forced to pay Wasafi Tsh600 million for ditching the label prematurely.

Harmonize was reportedly forced to sell his three houses and a piece of land to raise the Tsh600 that Wasafi demanded for leaving the label before his contract expired.

The ‘Kwangwaru’ hit maker was forced to part with the full amount so that WCB could allow him full rights ownership to the songs he did under WCB  (all of his songs at the time were recorded and produced by Wasafi).

Harmonize left Wasafi a bitter man and has been beefing with Diamond Platnumz to date, always antagonizing his former boss.
