Gospel singer Peter Omwaka aka Guardian Angel has opened up about his relationship with his three stepchildren whom he shares with his wife Esther Musila.
In a recent interview with a local blog, the musician said that he has a very good relationship with all the children of his wife; Gilda Naibei, Glenn Naibei, and Kim.
“They are great people. We have a good relationship, a very good relationship,” Guardian Angel said.
On her part, Esther Musila revealed that her children got along very well with her 35-year-old husband.
In addition, she revealed that when she started dating the gospel singer, her children could easily tell because there was a big change in her behavior.
“One day I told them I was dating this man. You know me being their only parent, there was an assumption that the mother has found someone, how will we be left alone? But Guardian came into their lives with a bang. From the first day I introduced him to them, they had a good understanding,” she said.
While responding to critics of their relationship, Guardian Angel stressed that he never regrated dating the 53-year-old.
He noted that there are many men who married women younger than them, as is common in society, but the marriages failed the test of time.
“My commitment to my wife goes beyond age. It goes beyond people’s opinions because if you enter that bed it’s you and your wife, there are no relatives of opinion. By talking and talking on the internet,” he said.
The 35-year-old musician said that from the beginning, he never cared what people would say about his relationship with the mother of three.
