Taita Taveta incumbent governor, Granton Graham Samboja was caught flirting with the Baringo Women’s representative at a public function in his County.
The governor who was elected through the Wiper Democratic Movement on 8 August 2017 asked Gladwell Tungo in a public rally and danced with her in front of his wife, the first lady.
Granton Samboja of course said that he was given permission by his wife, the first lady of Taita Taveta to dance with Gladwell Tungo in an effort to sway the Baringo Senator, Gideon Moi to give out more money for the fund drive the governor was hosting in Taita Taveta.
The political rally was aimed at fundraising for several women groups in Taita Taveta County.

“Women are the most solid pillars that hold the family and society together. They deserve our support in provision of capital to ensure their enterprises remain afloat.
And with right table banking skills, women groups have the potential to spur economic growth.
Presided over funds drive for several women groups in Taita Taveta.” Baringo Senator, Gideon Moi said.
Baringo Women representative Gladwell Tungo sadly lost her husband, Isaac Cherogony to COVID-19 last year.
