30 year old Kenneth Wathugi Karume has maintained he didn’t push her 36 year old fiancé Victoria Wairimu to death.

Kenneth, a grandson to the late powerful minister-cum-businessman Njenga Karume, was last week arrested after his fiancé was found soaked in a pull of blood on a the ground in his apartment block in Kiambu.

Witness say they heard the two lovers arguing from the balcony of before the deceased started screaming for help and minutes later she was lying dead on the ground.

Kenneth Karume is said to have pushed his fiancé from the fourth floor of his Gracia Apartment house in Kiambu.

The Karume kin however denies pushing her fiancé to death saying he loved her so much to do such a thing.

He explains Victoria had long threatened to jump off the balcony whenever they had quarrels and that fateful night when they argued he thought the deceased was making her usual threats but she actually jumped of the balcony.

Kenneth revealed he ran downstairs to check on his fiancé only to find her dead. He says an angry mob descended on him with kicks and blows claiming he had pushed Victoria to her death.
