Sensational gospel musician Evelyn Wanjiru is head over heels over her husband years later in their marriage.
The ‘Mungu Mkuu’ hitmaker took to social media earlier on today to shower her husband, one Mr. Agundabweni Akweyu for always being there for her throughout the years and being her rock, her friend and confidant without wanting anything in return.
The singer and songwriter shared briefly on social media about going through trials and tribulations together with her husband both in Nairobi and Nakuru streets before making it big in the gospel music industry.
“God am grateful for this man you blessed me with, we have faced soo much together, discouragement, betrayal from close people, sometimes we lack but we kept on trusting our provider.
We have toiled in the streets of Nakuru and Nairobi together but we never gave up on each other,” she wrote in part.
Evelyn Wanjiru agrees that her marriage isn’t all that perfect(is there any perfect marriage out there really?) but what’s important is that together as a couple, they usually pull through their disagreements and differences like any couple would.
She went further to disclose that their story together with her husband is still getting written by the Almighty. She’s also hopeful that they’re about to be uplifted to the next level of God’s glory.
“We are not the perfect couple yes we’ve argued and disagreed on soo many things but still found ways to come to an agreement.
Today I woke up to tell you my Agundabweni Akweyu thank you for being patient with me and accepting me for who I am, our story is beautiful God is still writing it. The pains and good moments are worth it.
Yes the Lord of Agunda and Evelyn is at work. Yes, the Lord is taking us to the next level of Glory, Yes we are still holding on to His promises never doubting Him,” she concluded on her emotional yet powerful and inspiring social media post.
Evelyn Wanjiru always takes any opportunity available to remind her fans how much she’s in love with her husband of many years and how she would always choose him every other time if she was asked to choose a perfect life companion and husband.
